have bike will now ride
Well made it to Atlanta Georgia on the 14th of February after a somewhat hectic flight. For starters my flight out of Whitehorse was delayed by four hours so I was able to get on another flight which would give me 1hr in Vancouver airport to collect my bags and re-check them. Then in Toronto I would have just 1hr to collect my bags go through customs and catch my next flight to Atlanta. With the flight out of Vancouver delayed I ran to pick up my bags in Toronto and found out my bike wasn't shipped so after waiting around for awhile I decided to ask if I could board my plane anyways and the bike would be forwarded to me. After giving my address to the people at Air Canada I went up to a friends cabin in North Carolina for his birthday weekend rides. Fortunatley I was able to borrow a bike which was great! I rode a Turner Five Spot all weekend and loved it. Of course my bike never showed up and after spending a bunch of hours on the phone with Air Canada and Fed Ex I was able to convince them I really needed the bike in Georgia and not wherever else they were thinking I needed it. The Bike arrived today one week later and I am looking forward to riding it tomorrow!
